A few cookies are essential and aren’t optional: your cart, your sign-in session, and an anonymous id that keeps the site working as you browse. These never identify you to anyone outside Kairio.
If you accept on the cookie banner, we record which stores and items you view and what you search for, so we can recommend things you’re likely to want and show you more relevant sponsored listings. This is entirely first-party — it stays on Kairio. You can decline and the site works exactly the same, minus the personalisation.
We don’t run Google AdSense or any third-party advertising network, and we don’t sell your data. The only ads are clearly-labelled sponsored listings from vendors on the platform.
We never store your card number. Card details are handled by our payment provider; if saved cards are offered in future, only a secure token from the provider is kept — never the card itself.
Your account name and email; your saved addresses and contact number (we need a mobile number to process payments and deliveries); your orders, bookings and messages; and — only if you consented on the cookie banner — the browsing activity described above. Guest orders hold the contact details you typed at checkout.
We share data only to run the platform, never to advertise: WAM (WamNow Technologies) processes payments (name, contact, amount); the courier receives your name, number and address to deliver; the vendor you buy from sees your name, number and delivery address to fulfil your order — and is bound by our vendor agreement to use them for nothing else; Resend delivers our emails; Google powers address lookup and, for vendors, AI listing tools. None of them may use your data for their own marketing.
Your account data for as long as the account exists. Order and payment records are kept even after an account is deleted — the law requires accurate financial records — but they’re detached from your identity as below.
Ask through support and within 30 days we anonymise your account: your name, email, number and addresses are scrubbed and your sign-in is deleted, while order and payment records are kept under an anonymous reference. Reviews you wrote stay up under “Deleted user”, and your support conversations are kept for our records. Vendors can be deleted once their balance is settled and no orders or disputes are open — the store is closed at the same time, and its name stays on past orders.

Signed-in customers can review saved addresses, interests and marketing preferences under their account, and turn personalised recommendations on or off at any time. You can also buy as a guest without an account.
